at the March 6 Rodeo please mail to Kathy Johnson

call 903-866-2711. Remember this is mandatory
please take care of this asap.
Seniors - the scholarship committee has compiled
their application if you will email me at
kathy75@wildblue.net I will forward you an
application. The Application is several pages long
and will be easier to get to you. Deadline for these
are March 27, 2010 Marshall.
Finals Packet--- entry, stalls and hookup reservations
will be take at March 27, 2010 rodeo Marshall.
You may pay your fees then or mail to Stacy Taylor.
Remember if you mail your packets in they must be
to Stacy no later than April 9.
Top 15 in each event advance to the Finals
(remember you must have completed all mandatory
fundraiser and attended 60% of the rodeos to be
eligible) If you are eligible and are not planning on
attending Finals please let us know so other
contestants may advance. Points secretaries will be
updating points at the Marshall Rodeo so
contestants will know they who advances.

FINALS PROGRAM ADS DUE.....
Each member is being asked to sell $50.00 worth of
advertisement for the finals program. This is a
mandatory fundraiser. In order to be eligible for the
finals, your ad money must be turned in to rodeo
secretary by March 6, Rodeo
FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE FEBRUARY 20
RODEO AT THE SIGN UP TABLE OR CLICK ON THE
"ABOUT US" TAB TO PRINT OFF FORM
4SHSRA IS ALSO LOOKING FOR AD SPONSORS FOR
OUR ALL AROUND TRAILERS.... THESE ADS ARE $300.00
FOR ONE TRAILER OR $600.00 FOR ADS ON BOTH BOYS
AND GIRLS TRAILER. IF YOU SECURE A TRAILER AD
YOU ARE EXEMPT FROM A PROGRAM AD. WE NEED
20-25 ADS FOR THE TRAILERS. ANYONE INTERESTED
IN HELPING WITH THIS PROJECT PLEASE CONTACT

We will be sizing for jackets at the
February 6, 2010 rodeo... if you
sold raffle tickets you qualify for a
jacket and need to be sized at this
rodeo. If you wish to purchase a
finals jacket you need to place your
order at this rodeo.

RIDE WITH HELMETS AT THE JANUARY RODEO AND ALL

Throughout the regular season if you draw out of the
rodeo Wednesday night prior you will not be fined or
charged stock charge. If you wait until after
Wednesday you will pay a fine along with stock
charges.
